Pastor Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry has caused reactions on social media as he went practical on giving after the Sunday Message today.

After a powerful sermon, and life-transforming prayer at the Deeper Life Headquarters in Gbagada, Pastor W.F Kumuyi turned to the Deeper Life congregation and gave them some instructions. He said,
“Turn to the person beside you and tell them “God loves you”
And then he said, “Tell them, I love you too”, and “God will provide for you”.

He then said,
“Now, put your hands in your pockets, I love you as God loves you. Put your hands in your wallet and give something to somebody before you go. And the Lord will multiply what you give, it will come back to you in Jesus name.”
Church members responded positively, and the message has since been making rounds on social media as church members share how cash gifts and bank alerts went round the auditorium after the Sunday service.
